Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next working day.

Shipping Within Belgium

  • Free shipping on orders over €40.

  • For orders under €40, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Within Europe

  • Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

  • We continuously work to offer the best and most affordable options across Europe.

Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers such as bpost, PostNL, DHL, GLS, or UPS, depending on your location and the best available delivery method.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Belgium: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days, depending on destination

Note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has been handed to the carrier and exclude weekends and public holidays. External factors (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs for non-EU destinations) may affect transit times.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Address Issues & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).

Customs & Duties (Non-EU Destinations)

Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
